We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service professional to fill the role of Customer Service Assistant. In this position, you will collaborate closely with our Account Managers, Quality Assurance Team, and Production Staff to ensure that customer orders are accurately understood and executed to meet their expectations.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a positive attitude. Previous experience in Customer Service or Account Management is preferred, along with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and urgency. This role is set in a dynamic environment where adaptability and the ability to prioritize tasks are essential.

This is an on-site position with a standard schedule of Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, offering some flexibility.

The hourly wage for this role is $18.00, and we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401k, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, as well as paid vacation and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry into Praxis systems including Mantis, Sugar Suite, and QuickBooks.
  • Assist Account Managers in prioritizing daily tasks and managing workflow.
  • Process and verify batch records.
  • Support Account Managers in the creation and printing of stencils.
  • Cross-train on various accounts to provide backup support as needed.
  • Take notes during meetings and audits, and prepare minutes for team updates.
  • Generate and distribute agendas for internal and customer meetings.
  • Participate in the setup of new projects.
  • Ensure timely order receipt and entry into the system.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service or Account Management is required.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook is preferred.
