Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide world-class customer service, ensuring that every customer interaction is personalized, engaging, and exceeds expectations.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, including custom clothing, special occasion rentals, and retail sales.
  • Consistently demonstrate benchmark selling techniques, including team selling, relationship-building, and upselling/cross-selling.
  • Meet and maintain personal sales volume goals while maintaining an above-average quality of sale.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, including compliance with brand standards, and maintaining a clean, neat, and organized store environment.
  • Participate in merchandise stock counts, report discrepancies, and maintain a secure store environment.
  • Contribute to a healthy culture by working well with colleagues at all levels, demonstrating respect, and promoting a positive work environment.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to change, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Physical and mental stamina to perform job duties, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
