Job Title: Senior Geo-Structural Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Geo-Structural Engineer to join our team at GeoEngineers. As a key member of our Construction Design Group, you will play a crucial role in delivering complex projects across the US.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage projects and clients within the Construction Design Group to ensure timely and profitable completion.
  • Coordinate with internal disciplines to cross-sell and cross-perform services.
  • Mentor and oversee junior staff, providing guidance and expertise to solve complex challenges.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, client communications, and technical submittals.
  • Conduct regular site visits, oversee exploration programs, and construction observations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Lead project management tasks, including budgeting, client billings, submittal reviews, and contract reviews.
  • Partner with Principals and Associates to ensure effective project execution.
  • Serve as a technical resource for clients and project staff, providing guidance and expertise.
  • Develop complete and accurate submittals, reviewing deliverables from staff and mid-level employees.
  • Mentor junior staff in technical skills, consulting best practices, and business development activities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's in Civil Engineering required; Master's in Geotechnical or Structural Engineering preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years of project management experience.
  • PE license required; Engineer-In-Training (EIT) certification.
  • Professional-level verbal and written communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license required; ability to travel for site visits and work assignments.
Physical Requirements/Work Environment:
  • Ability to perform a wide range of physical activities, including exerting up to 50 pounds of force on occasion.
  • Able to perform consistent work on a PC.
  • Ability to travel for short-term and long-term assignments as needed.

GeoEngineers is an equal opportunity employer, and we are committed to providing a safe and inclusive work environment. We offer a competitive salary range of $107,800 - $152,000, based on individual factors such as education and experience. Compensation will be based on internal equity and a variety of individual factors.
