About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Parking Lot Attendant to join our team at Global Parking Systems LLC. As a key member of our airport operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our parking facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to airport patrons, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Flight Information and Assistance: Assist customers with flight information, directions, and other airport services, ensuring they have a seamless travel experience.
  • Communication and Coordination: Communicate effectively with dispatchers and supervisors to ensure the efficient operation of our parking facilities.
  • Parking and Bus Management: Maintain orderly queuing of buses and facilitate the parking of customers in accordance with our SmartPark procedures.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Complete accurate and timely reports related to customer assistance and other operational activities.
Requirements
  • Availability: Availability to work special shift requirements, including 2nd shift, 3rd shift, and weekends, depending on the location's needs.
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, combined with relevant experience in customer service or a related field.
  • License and Certification: Valid Texas driver's license and a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) that meets our company's standards.
  • Language Skills: Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Pay: Starting pay of $16.00 per hour (effective January 1st, 2022).
  • Benefits: Eligibility for dental, medical, and vision insurance, paid holidays, sick time, and vacation after 90 days of full-time employment.
