Job Title: Part Time Customer Care Associate

Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Part Time Customer Care Associate to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving their inquiries, and ensuring their satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Enter orders accurately and efficiently in SAP, ensuring seamless sales capture.
  • Utilize multiple customer support tools to resolve customer inquiries, including conducting research in SAP and contacting business units as needed.
  • Maintain world-class standards by successfully performing against department scorecards and metrics.
  • Identify and seek to continuously exceed service requirements of business units by building and managing relationships with customers and contacts.
  • Establish and maintain world-class customer relations by developing a rapport and actively listening to gain more information where necessary.
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities to increase customer retention, maintain customer confidence, and protect operations by keeping information confidential and suggesting alternatives to out-of-stock or limited quantity items.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Basic PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs.
  • No previous experience required, but a results-oriented professional with verbal/written communication skills, diplomacy, and discretion is essential.
  • Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail, and meet deadlines.
  • Utilize sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or equivalent training and work experience.
  • 1-2 years of previous experience in a customer service role.
  • Experience in the consumer products or distribution industry.
Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to remain in a stationary position at times; communicate, and operate a computer and telephone.
