Our established and expanding financial advisory firm is looking to welcome a Client Relationship Financial Consultant to our team.

This role involves the ongoing execution of clients' retirement strategies and the cultivation of client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess a genuine interest in understanding clients' needs and have a background in guiding families through the intricacies of retirement planning. The Consultant will thrive in an environment that emphasizes client communication without the pressure of prospecting or extensive administrative tasks. Collaborating closely with the Lead Advisor, the Consultant will support the client onboarding journey and facilitate post-meeting interactions, including updating client management systems and processing application requests. After the initial onboarding phase, the Consultant will take on the primary advisory role, maintaining client relationships through regular meetings, phone calls, and client engagement events. Coordination with specialists in areas such as estate planning, insurance, tax, and Medicare will also be part of the responsibilities. By delivering exceptional service, the Consultant will be expected to assist clients in asset growth during significant life changes, such as career transitions, retirement, or inheritances, as well as through referrals.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Preferred college degree
  • Minimum of 3 years in a client-facing financial services role
  • Possession of Series 65 and Life and Health licenses
  • Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and mathematical abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Experience with financial planning software
  • Familiarity with client relationship management systems

Role Responsibilities:

  • Create tailored financial plans for clients
  • Assist clients with various financial products including annuities and managed investments
  • Provide comprehensive financial advice covering investments, insurance, and retirement
  • Foster strong client relationships
  • Engage in ongoing professional development
  • Meet clients at designated office locations
  • Participate in occasional evening events for marketing and client engagement

Compensation:

  • Base salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience
  • Performance-based bonuses linked to client retention, asset management, and referral generation
  • Total compensation potential between $80,000 and $250,000
