LVN Medical Unit RN Support

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate LVN to join our Medical Unit team at Huntsville Memorial Hospital. As an LVN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to assigned patients and assist in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans that meet individual needs.
- Deliver high-quality patient care, adhere to safety protocols, and maintain confidentiality.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to creating a positive work environment.
Requirements:
- Graduate of a school of vocational nursing.
- One year of Med/Surg experience preferred.
- Current licensure as a Vocational Nurse in the State of Texas or immediately eligible.
- Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of employment.
Estimated Salary: $58,500 - $68,500 per year, based on experience.
