Medical Management Specialist

At Absolute Staffing & Consulting Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled Medical Management Specialist to join our team.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to provide non-clinical support to our Medical Management and Operations areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze clinical information to determine the best course of action for case management and utilization review.
- Provide information to network providers and internal departments as needed.
- Assist with complex cases and act as a liaison between Medical Management and Operations.
- Maintain and update tracking databases and prepare reports.
Requirements:
A high school diploma and a minimum of 1 year of experience or any combination of education and experience that would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and Teams.
- Understanding of managed care or Medicaid/Medicare.
- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, problem-solving skills, facilitation skills, and analytical skills.
