At LanceSoft, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials throughout our facility.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Verify and enter order receipts into our computer system.
  • Perform quality assurance inspections to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Store and organize inventory in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Pull, pack, and label materials for shipment, including assembling and holding orders.
  • Prepare bills of lading and express receipts.
  • Assist in loading trucks and preparing local delivery records.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.


Requirements:

  • High School Degree or Equivalent.
  • Basic computer skills.


Working Environment:
Our warehouse is a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a moderate noise level and well-ventilated and well-lit conditions. Employees may be exposed to various weather conditions and may be required to wear protective clothing. Heavy equipment operation and strict safety regulations are also required.

Physical Requirements:
The work is physically strenuous, and employees are required to lift heavy packages up to 50 pounds. Hand tools are also used.
