Scope of Work

The Registered Nurse (RN) plays a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care under the direction of the Nurse Leader. Utilizing the nursing process, the RN assesses, plans, implements, evaluates, and discharges patients while incorporating patient-family centered care principles.

The RN partners with patients and families to develop a plan of care, educates patients and families, and documents education and learning in the health record.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Hold an Associate's degree in Nursing
  • Have a Bachelor's degree in Nursing within 5 years
  • Have at least one year of acute care experience or at least two years of experience in a licensed healthcare role
  • Have successfully passed the NCLEX licensure examination
Physical Demands

This role requires:

  • Bilateral carry of objects over 5 lbs
  • Standing and walking for extended periods
  • Occasional bending, reaching, and trunk rotation
