Position Overview: This hybrid role offers flexibility with three days in the office and two days remote.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage phone communications, ensuring accurate message-taking and handling of urgent and confidential matters with discretion.
  • Serve as a liaison between executives and clients, facilitating effective communication.
  • Oversee the scheduling of meetings and conference calls, maintaining calendars, and resolving any scheduling conflicts.
  • Draft and maintain various legal documents, including docket sheets and case file logs.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, while keeping travel profiles current.
  • Prepare and submit expense reports promptly.
  • Assist with various ad hoc projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred educational background includes a secretarial school diploma or a Bachelor's degree.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in a legal administrative role is required.
  • Experience supporting a litigation team is essential.
