The Role:
Private Accounting Solutions (PAS) Associates are integral members of various client service teams. They are accountable for daily accounting functions and the monthly, quarterly, or annual financial closing processes. Associates undergo both formal and experiential training to refine and enhance their technical and analytical abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting accounting and general ledger tasks, including data entry, account reconciliation, and performing fundamental accounting research with written conclusions;
- Maintaining work papers in compliance with established processes and guidelines;
- Preparing financial statements;
- Engaging with Senior Associates and Managers to clarify accounting-related matters, procedures, and policies.
Compensation and Benefits:
Our firm offers a competitive base salary, a comprehensive benefits package, and a discretionary employee bonus program for eligible individuals based on personal and firm performance metrics as per defined program guidelines. The expected salary range for this role is competitive and will vary based on qualifications.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced degrees in Accounting, Taxation, JD, or LLM are a plus;
- A minimum GPA of 3.0;
- Strong leadership, multitasking, and organizational skills;
- Self-motivated with the initiative to identify opportunities in a dynamic environment;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Ability to communicate effectively with various levels of client and firm management through both written and verbal means.
