WELLNESS SPA ATTENDANT - Availability for evenings and weekends required

As a vital member of the Operations team, the Wellness Spa Attendant is tasked with delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining cleanliness throughout the facility. This role demands outstanding communication abilities and a proactive approach to fulfilling responsibilities. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, both independently and as part of a dedicated team.

The Wellness Spa Attendant should embody a passion for health and wellness, demonstrate superior customer service skills, and maintain a positive and professional demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Exhibiting a courteous, positive, and respectful demeanor towards clients and colleagues at all times.
  • Managing the spa's laundry operations, including collecting laundry from various locations within the spa.
  • Performing a range of cleaning tasks for the spa, such as mopping, sweeping, dishwashing, restroom sanitation, and waste disposal.
  • Following established daily cleaning protocols.
  • Upholding the cleanliness of client areas, including lounges, locker rooms, and retail spaces.
  • Participating in departmental and spa staff meetings.
  • Assisting with special projects and events as required.
  • Maintaining a polished and professional appearance at all times.
  • Demonstrating awareness of product waste and taking steps to minimize it.
  • Completing side tasks and closing responsibilities as directed by the Department Head or Manager.
  • Exhibiting a collaborative spirit and adaptable mindset.
  • Consistently reflecting The Remedy's Core Values in all interactions with clients and coworkers.
  • Adhering to all Attendance and Punctuality policies outlined in the employee handbook.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Must have flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous.
  • This position requires significant mobility, including walking and the ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
