Key Responsibilities:
As the Financial Operations Manager at the Brookville Plant, your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Upholding safety standards and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations.
2. Maintaining and enforcing internal controls and compliance measures.
3. Collaborating with Plant Leadership to drive operational planning and processes.
4. Conducting financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis to enhance financial transparency and support informed decision-making.
5. Actively participating in a cross-functional leadership team to drive plant productivity.
6. Leading and mentoring a team of six professionals.
