Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the relationship between sales and all internal departments to ensure effective issue resolution (Accounts Receivable, Compliance, Credentialing, etc.)
  • Serve as a resource for fundamental product knowledge (portfolio, labeling, competitors, applications) and product/brand-specific policies (returns, inventory management, etc.)

Transactional Support Includes:

Order Management:
evaluation, replacement, samples, bulk purchases, personal inventory, transfers

Accounts Receivable Support:
invoice inquiries, credits/debits, contract reviews, and retroactive credits

Research Tasks:
serial number tracking, device monitoring, reporting, credentialing, sales history, urgent case field searches

Follow-Up Activities:
tracking information, order updates, return labels

General Sales Representative Support:
locating forms/documents, account pricing, territory alignment issues, sales reporting

Work Environment:
Continuous sitting for extended periods (more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8-hour workday).
