Who You Are:

Our ideal candidate is not just detail-oriented but is genuinely excited about design You are customer service oriented, love floor plans, are highly organized, and possess strong verbal and written communication skills. If you’re a diligent note-taker who thrives on collaboration, we want to hear from you

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or Architecture from a CIDA-accredited university

· Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD

· A drive for design and an eagerness to learn and grow

What You'll Do:

As a Junior Designer on the Landlord Service team, you’ll assist through all phases of projects, including:

· Test Fit Planning: Developing floor plans that meet tenant’s space needs.

· Field Verification: Conducting on-site assessments and inputting data into Revit.

· Construction Documents: Helping prepare detailed documents for project execution.

· Coordination: Communicating and collaborating with project manager, consultants, and vendors to ensure seamless project flow.

· Product Research: Exploring product options to enhance our design solutions.
