We are seeking a highly skilled Environmental Specialist Lead to join our Federal Wildlife Team. This role will be responsible for supporting the company's compliance with environmental requirements, performing comprehensive environmental due diligence reviews, and conducting environmental licensing and permitting activities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wildlife permitting issues on federal lands, including experience with agencies such as BLM, USFS, WAPA, and BPA. They will also have a comprehensive understanding of the Endangered Species Act, particularly with experience in Section 7 consultations and Section 10 Incidental Take Permit applications.

This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster and maintain professional relationships with various groups, including operational staff, developers, industry representatives, NGO stakeholders, agency personnel, and consultants.

The salary range for this position is between $85,000 and $120,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a wide range of benefits to support our employees and their eligible family members.
