**Job Description**

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and technical support for all maintenance activities associated with bakery plant operations. This includes analyzing and solving complex technical maintenance issues, ensuring safe working conditions for associates, and compliance with state and federal regulations on environmental, health, and safety issues.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead the achievement of a zero-injury workplace through effective risk management and hazard control.
  • Analyze data from the CMMS system to generate reports and implement actions to improve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Conduct performance appraisals of the Maintenance Management team and provide coaching and training to address developmental needs.

**Requirements and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • A minimum of five years of hands-on management experience in maintenance, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Knowledge of safety and environmental-related concepts, including compliance with state, federal, and local regulations.
  • Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills, with the ability to use a personal computer and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
