Job Description

As a Travel Sales Counselor at AAA, you will be responsible for providing personalized travel solutions to our members. Your expertise will help them navigate the world of international and domestic travel, from vacation packages to cruises and tours. You will also stay up-to-date with the latest travel industry trends and developments, ensuring that our members receive the best possible service.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2 years of recent experience selling international and domestic travel services
  • Travel Institute certification (CTA, CTC, or CTIE) is preferred
  • Strong consultative selling skills and ability to listen to member needs
Work Environment/Physical Requirements

This role involves working in an office environment, sitting at a desk for extended periods. You may also be required to travel for business meetings or conferences.
