Role Overview

The successful candidate will assess the nutritional needs of residents, maintain comprehensive records, and create tailored care plans. A valid Dietitian license is required, with a preference for candidates experienced in Long Term Care and Geriatric nutrition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform regular nutrition evaluations for all residents.
  • Implement dietary interventions based on clinical data and provide personalized nutrition education.
  • Engage in quality assurance initiatives and collaborate effectively with the healthcare team.
  • Oversee food quality and monitor residents' meal satisfaction during service rounds.

We encourage Registered Dietitians with experience in long-term care and healthcare settings to consider this opportunity.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess a valid Dietitian license in the relevant state.
  • Experience in Long Term Care and Geriatric nutrition is highly desirable.
