The Client Relationship Specialist role is a pivotal client-facing position that reports directly to the Wealth Advisor. Key Responsibilities:
  • Address client inquiries, service requests, and issue resolution with precision while adhering to documentation compliance standards.
  • Strengthen client connections by recognizing potential advantages and services that can enhance financial partnerships.
  • Engage with clients about their accounts and services, clearly articulating complex procedures.
  • Work in conjunction with the Broker Dealer for account setup and regulatory compliance.
  • Oversee Client and Prospective Client Workflow within the Redtail CRM system.
  • Ensure compliant documentation and scanning practices with Laser Fiche.
  • Manage incoming communications according to established protocols.
  • Update client records in the CRM system.
  • Input data into Financial Planning software accurately.
Required Skills:
  • Proficient computer skills in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to cultivate relationships with clients and partners.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative support experience in a corporate environment.
  • High School Diploma or Associate's degree is required; Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • Familiarity with financial services is a plus.
Compensation Details:
  • Salary will be determined based on qualifications and experience.
  • Annual salary evaluations will be conducted based on changes in responsibilities and job requirements.
Preferred Certifications:
  • Series 7 and 65/66 certifications are preferred.
