Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute user acquisition strategies to drive growth and revenue for our mobile games.
  • Lead a team of user acquisition specialists to achieve business objectives and improve user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and analytics, to align on user acquisition goals and strategies.
  • Analyze data and metrics to inform user acquisition decisions and optimize campaign performance.
  • Build and maintain relationships with third-party media partners, including paid social platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat.
  • Manage multi-million dollar budgets and ensure effective ROI on user acquisition campaigns.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in mobile media buying/user acquisition/performance marketing.
  • Experience building user acquisition campaigns in the gaming category with a focus on improving business metrics (ROAS, LTV).
  • Curiosity and experience in exploring new advertising channels, partners, and formats.
  • Experience inspiring team members to achieve high levels of performance.
  • BA/BS Degree in marketing/finance or equivalent quantitative field.
  • Experience working in a metric-driven role focused on return on investment.
  • Passion/knowledge for video games.
  • Knowledge of Excel, SQL, and Microsoft Office/Google applications.
  • Working knowledge and familiarity with coding languages like Python or HTML.
