Key Responsibilities

  • Process and prepare documents for scanning, including separating and opening mail
  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing
  • Assist with lifting and moving documents, up to 50 pounds
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Requirements
  • Basic knowledge of computers and ability to learn new software
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
