We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Document Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for processing and preparing documents for scanning, as well as performing various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Read and understand instructions in English and perform tasks accordingly
- Process and prepare documents for scanning, including separating and opening mail
- Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing
- Assist with lifting and moving documents, up to 50 pounds
- Work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Basic knowledge of computers and ability to learn new software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
This is a full-time position in a fast-paced office environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a team-oriented setting and adapt to changing priorities.
