About the Role

AmeriHealth Administrators is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to drive growth and expansion of our national presence. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building a pipeline of new client opportunities and sourcing new business to help us achieve our goal of becoming a nationally recognized Third Party Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and membership expansion
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including brokers, consultants, vendors, and partners
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across a diverse range of industries and sectors
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement new solutions and capabilities that meet client requirements
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and data within our CRM system
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 5-7 years of sales experience in business, healthcare, ASO/self-funded/TPA health insurance/benefits
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong ability to prospect and close new business
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work across systems and functions to deliver results
  • Active PA (or another state such as OH) State Accident & Health license required
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
