Insurance Sales Professional

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Account Manager. As a key member of our State Farm Agent team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate insurance products and services.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities
* Collaborate with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies
As a valued member of our team, you will receive:

Requirements:
* Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
* Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
* Enthusiasm about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
* Self-motivated
* Detail oriented
* Ability to make presentations to potential customers
* Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
* Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
