Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Call Center Team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers
  • Meet or exceed performance targets and sales goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of customer relationship management software
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
