As a seasoned professional in structured finance, securitization, and modeling, you will play a key role in driving the success of our real estate investment banking team. With a proven track record in commercial mortgage modeling and a strong background in portfolio cash flow analysis, you will be responsible for providing analytic guidance to inform asset and portfolio decisions. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing hold sell and valuation analyses to evaluate assets and portfolios, as well as creating and maintaining cash flow analytics models to project portfolio performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide analytic guidance to inform asset and portfolio decisions
* Develop hold sell and valuation analyses to evaluate assets and portfolios
* Create and maintain cash flow analytics models to project portfolio performance
* Analyze and interpret data to make adjustments to inputs and methodologies as needed
Requirements
* 10+ years of experience in structured finance, securitization, and modeling within real estate investment banking or similar experience
* 3-5 years of experience specifically modeling commercial mortgages
* 8-10 years of experience modeling portfolio cash flows
* CFA qualification with strong quantitative and analytical skills
* Familiarity with modeling and analyzing portfolio rollups at the fund level to make recommendations on creating alpha and limiting beta
