Job Description

The position involves overseeing the overall credit quality, risk mitigation, and workout process for Truist's AFG business. This includes analyzing financial covenants, underwriting corporate credit risks, and working with clients and internal teams to manage portfolios and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage credit risk of portfolio transactions
  • Complete annual reviews, amendment memos, and other compliance requirements
  • Attract, retain, and develop a team of credit professionals
  • Understand and adhere to Truist and ABL policies, processes, and regulatory requirements
  • Restructure or resolve troubled credits with input from risk partners
Requirements
  • BA/BS degree
  • Licenses: Series 79
  • Years of related work experience
  • Solid subject matter expertise, including knowledge of industry drivers, product positioning, structuring, and risk mitigation
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functional areas to resolve complex issues
