Job Summary

SitusAMC is a leading provider of real estate services, and we are seeking a highly skilled Portfolio Management Executive to join our team. As a key member of our portfolio management team, you will be responsible for the overall management of assigned clients' portfolios, acting as a primary point of contact for all portfolio management, servicing oversight, servicing transfer, and asset strategy deployed by the company on behalf of a client.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of assigned loans, including communication with borrowers and lenders/investors
• Build relationships with clients through conference calls, face-to-face meetings, and written correspondence
• Assist with or manage the processing of borrower requests and consents
• Correspond with sponsors/borrowers for updates on property-level concerns, including capital expenditure projects, leasing progress, and construction status
• Coordinate new portfolio and new loan servicing, including collection of necessary loan documents and accurate boarding in the loan servicing system
• Reconcile and review various reports, including billing statements, release statements, payoff statements, and remittance reports
• Update and monitor loan-specific information in the loan servicing system
• Adapt to internal systems and deliverables to meet evolving client needs
• Work independently on projects and collaborate with team members as needed
• Write proposals, client presentations, and finished client work product
• Direct junior-level staff in meeting project deadlines
• Recommend and implement new processes and procedures to improve efficiency and quality of services

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance/accounting, business, or equivalent level of education and experience
• Minimum 8+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically with 2+ years in an AVP level role or external equivalent
• Experience in commercial real estate asset management or related field preferred
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and computer skills with a thorough knowledge of Excel
• Excellent written, verbal, and electronic communication skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team environment and think independently
• Manage multiple priorities and meet multiple deadlines
• Ability to approach work from a transaction basis versus a task basis
• Understanding of real estate finance, including debt and equity structures
• High-level understanding of balance sheets and income statements
• Excellent reading and comprehension skills
• Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal
• Analytical skills to understand complex commercial loan documents
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Understanding of 3rd party reports, including appraisals, property condition reports, and environmental reports
• High-level understanding of property operating statements for all commercial property types
• Ability to work independently on projects and collaborate with team members as needed
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks under tight deadlines
• Ability to quickly come up to speed on Situs's business and culture

What We Offer

SitusAMC offers a competitive annual full-time base salary range of $120,000.00 - $130,000.00, as well as a discretionary bonus program. We also offer PTO and paid holidays, as well as various benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance, and 401K.
