About the Role

As a highly skilled Transaction Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless real estate transactions. Led by one of America's top brokers, our High Performance Real Estate Team is seeking an individual who shares our passion for excellence and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to accuracy and attention to detail. We are offering a competitive salary of $35,000 per year, plus bonus incentives and benefits. Our long-term goal is to foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth, providing opportunities for advancement and development within our organization.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service throughout the closing process
  • Serving as liaison between real estate agents, clients, attorneys, inspectors, and mortgage brokers
  • Managing administrative tasks involved in closing sales
  • Creating timelines and following up with individuals to ensure deadlines are met

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience as a transaction coordinator
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
