Job Overview

About the Role:

  • Providing exceptional patient care and ensuring a positive experience for every visitor.
  • Selling memberships and visit packages while maintaining accurate records of transactions.
  • Engaging with patients, answering phone calls, and greeting members upon arrival.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace while adhering to company standards.
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve sales goals and promote a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Greet patients and answer phone calls to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Sell memberships and visit packages while maintaining accurate records of transactions.
  • Engage with inactive members and re-engage them in the services offered by the clinic.
  • Stay up-to-date on membership options, packages, and promotions to effectively sell and promote these offerings.
  • Recognize and support team goals while creating and maintaining positive relationships with team members.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to company standards.
  • Confidently present and sell memberships and visit packages to patients and potential clients.
  • Keep management informed of member concerns and follow manager's policies, procedures, and direction.
  • Be willing to learn and grow, and accept constructive criticism in a positive manner.

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Office management or marketing experience is a plus.
  • Able to stand and/or sit for long periods of time.
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
