**Job Overview**

As a Retail Merchandising Manager at Newell Brands, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and optimizing product visibility across our retail channels. **Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement merchandising strategies to drive sales growth and optimize product assortment, pricing, and promotional activities
  • Analyze market trends and sales data to inform merchandising decisions and ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of merchandising strategies
  • Oversee demand planning and inventory management to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize excess inventory

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree; required
  • 15+ years of experience in channel management, brand management, insights, or sales, preferably with retail/mass channel experience
  • Extensive US retail customer knowledge
  • Strong business acumen and ability to influence key players within an organization
  • Ability to calculate, manage risk, and effectively manage change
