Channel Strategy Executive

**Job Summary**
Newell Brands is seeking an experienced Channel Strategy Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing merchandising strategies to drive sales growth and optimize product visibility across our retail channels. You will analyze market trends and sales data to inform merchandising decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of strategies.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to drive sales growth and optimize product assortment, pricing, and promotional activities
- Analyze market trends and sales data to inform merchandising decisions and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of merchandising strategies
- Oversee demand planning and inventory management to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize excess inventory
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree; required
- 15+ years of experience in channel management, brand management, insights, or sales, preferably with retail/mass channel experience
- Extensive US retail customer knowledge
- Strong business acumen and ability to influence key players within an organization
- Ability to calculate, manage risk, and effectively manage change
**Salary Range**
Estimated salary range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience. The actual salary will depend on your individual skills and qualifications.
