Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Develop and implement project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including regional development officers, to identify project needs and develop solutions.
- Analyze project feasibility and eligibility, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Negotiate contractual agreements and amendments with department and applicants.
Program and Technical Assistance:
- Manage and coordinate an agency legislative funded project tracking system.
- Assist program staff in reviewing statutes, rules, and policy, and recommending changes to regulations.
- Maintain extensive knowledge of departmental programs and policies to carry out the agency's mission.
Communications and Coordination:
- Provide information for department and team success stories for communications purposes.
- Assist in tracking agency and team performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, public administration, behavioral or social sciences, finance, or political science.
- Four years of professional-level evaluative, analytical, and planning work experience.
- Or any combination of experience and education equivalent to seven years of experience.
