Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Defense and Government Travel Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Traveler Experience organization, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional travel experiences to our clients' employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and complete travel arrangements (air, hotel, car, rail) that meet client standards and preferences
  • Act as a trusted advisor, offering informed and insightful recommendations to provide the best traveler experience
  • Handle basic and moderately complex bookings, including non-standard and multi-destination itineraries
  • Escalate complex bookings to more experienced staff as needed
  • Participate in comprehensive training programs to stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices
Requirements
  • Fluent English language skills (written and spoken)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized with a passion for delivering high-quality customer service
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and clients
  • Willingness to learn and grow with the company
