Compensation: Starting at $16.80/hour, with additional benefits including Paid Time Off (PTO), a 403b retirement plan, and an excellent benefits package with scholarship opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to all relevant rules, policies, and standards associated with employment at Suncoast Manor.
- Set up workstations according to established protocols.
- Prepare all food items following standardized recipes in a clean and timely manner.
- Distribute prepared meals to various service areas, ensuring consistency in preparation and presentation.
- Restock supplies as necessary throughout the shift.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation by practicing good safety and sanitation procedures.
- Assist in the overall cleaning and organization of the kitchen and equipment.

Essential Qualifications:

Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Florida SafeStaff certification is mandatory or the ability to obtain it within 90 days of hire.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English, with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic math skills are necessary.

Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years of culinary experience in a high-volume dining environment is required.
- Comprehensive understanding of basic food preparation methods and cooking techniques for large-scale food production.
- Familiarity with computer programs, including Microsoft Office and data management software.
