Mayo Clinic is seeking a talented and caring Advanced Practice Provider to join a dedicated multidisciplinary group in the Department of Psychiatry & Psychology at Mayo Clinic Health System in Eau Claire, WI.

The successful candidate will serve a vital function in providing outpatient care and consultations to patients, working as an integral team member of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care and consultations in an outpatient setting
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient cases and develop treatment plans
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Masters-prepared graduate of an accredited school of nursing and Nurse Practitioner program, or graduate of accredited Physician Assistant program
  • Current WI RN and APRN license, or PA certification by NCCPA and registration as a PA by the WI State Board of Medical Practice
  • Excellent verbal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated leadership ability and flexibility to adjust schedule to meet patient and staff needs
