Job Title: Technical Project Manager

About the Role:
Infosys is seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager to lead our software development projects. As a TPM, you will be responsible for interfacing with key stakeholders, applying technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Lifecycle, and creating high-level design artifacts.

  • Technical Discussions and Solutions
  • Helping client teams stay updated with the latest technical implementations
  • Creating high-level design artifacts

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution
  • At least 8 years of Relevant Information Technology experience
  • All applicants authorized to work in the United States are encouraged to apply
  • Location for this position is Phoenix, AZ

Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least 8 years of experience of project analysis, designing, planning and development
  • At least 7 years of experience in Agile Knowledge of ceremonies such as Sprint initiation, Scrums, Retrospective and closures
  • At least 7 years of exposure to any of the backend technology streams such as Java, Spring Boot, Python, Golang etc.
  • At least 8 years of experience in leading and managing the large teams for effective solution-oriented approach of software development
  • At least 8 years of experience of managing the resources and project budgets etc.
  • Good understanding of technical landscapes and aspects of the projects
  • Good Communication
  • Integration management
  • Researching new technologies for projects and maintaining them for future references
  • Experience and knowledge of at least one of the following Document based DBs - Cassandra, Couchbase, Redis, MySQL, MongoDB etc.
  • Good knowledge about continuous integration tools e.g. GIT, Jenkins, XLR etc.
