Job Overview

Magic Coil Products, a leading full-line flat roll steel processing and service center in Butler, Indiana, is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. This position offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process invoices and maintain accurate customer accounts.
  • Manage cash postings, reconciliation of outside inventory, and monthly reports for storage revenue/inventory.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to request payment or set up payment plans.
  • Cross-train for accounts payable/receiving and charting.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Advanced computer skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

The estimated salary for this position is around $52,500 per year, based on industry standards and location.
