Aircraft Parts Coordinator

AirQuest Aviation is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Aircraft Parts Specialist to join our team at the Butler County Airport in Butler, PA.
Key Responsibilities- Purchase, receive, and organize parts for AirQuest's staff while providing exceptional customer service.
- Develop and maintain inventory databases for supplies and materials used.
- Communicate with suppliers to resolve problems related to delivery, quality, price, or conditions of sale.
- Maintain current price points on stock items.
- IDentify optimal sources for replacement parts.
- Process invoices for payments and maintain proper records.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least one year of related experience required.
- Familiarity with TFBO software preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to exercise tact, courtesy, and ethics when dealing with vendors and co-workers.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software, as well as inventory software.
- Basic understanding of hardware.
The typical work schedule for this position is Monday-Friday from 7:30AM - 4:00PM, with some flexibility required.
