Job Description:

The University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics is seeking a highly skilled Staff Nurse (RN) to join our team. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Duties:

  • Assess patients' nursing care needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN)
  • Current license to practice nursing in Iowa
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary team members

Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience
