We are seeking an experienced and innovative Nurse Clinical Coordinator Lead to join our team in Bettendorf, Iowa. In this critical role, you will provide clinical nurse expertise, facilitate communications, and disseminate information to ensure seamless patient care. Your leadership skills will drive improved nursing outcomes, patient satisfaction, and overall clinic performance.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of nursing experience, a Baccalaureate degree in Nursing, and a valid license to practice nursing in the state of Iowa. Excellent organization and time management skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Internet, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are also required.

This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with variable shifts between 8-10 hours and work hours between 7:45 AM - 7:00 PM, with limited rotating weekend coverage. The estimated salary for this position is $83,320-$102,464 annually, based on location and experience.
