Key Responsibilities:- Frontline Intake Services: Provide frontline intake services to members joining our Intensive Outpatient Program, ensuring a thorough understanding of our company's philosophy of treatment, admission processes, and program criteria.
- Intake Assessment and Planning: Complete the intake assessment, effectively and correctly identifying and documenting appropriate diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans based on treatment goals identified through the completed assessment.
- Client Communication and Education: Explain the program to members, ensuring they comprehend informed consent, including state-specific requirements, program policies, and the need to report suspected child abuse and neglect.
- Collaboration and Hand-Off: Complete hand-off to the clinical and cross-functional member support departments once all intake tasks are completed successfully for the member.
- Education and Experience: A basic knowledge of substance abuse and dual diagnosis is required, and a thorough understanding of our company's philosophy of treatment, admission processes, and program criteria.
- Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
