Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality service to customers who contact the branch, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Assist with the supervision of the operations area, providing input for performance evaluations and training or mentoring to new team members.
- Exercise sound judgment in approvals and recommendations, with limited signing authority and approval of checks for encashment.
- Coordinate work schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak periods, lunch periods, and vacations.
Requirements
- Associates Degree in Business or equivalent.
- 2-3 years of experience in a commercial bank environment, with 2-3 years in a Teller role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a broad knowledge of all bank products and services.
