About the Role

The Branch Services Supervisor is a key member of our team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our branch. This role requires a strong working knowledge of branch operations and the ability to respond to complex customer requests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality service to customers who contact the branch, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Assist with the supervision of the operations area, providing input for performance evaluations and training or mentoring to new team members.
  • Exercise sound judgment in approvals and recommendations, with limited signing authority and approval of checks for encashment.
  • Coordinate work schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak periods, lunch periods, and vacations.

Requirements
  • Associates Degree in Business or equivalent.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a commercial bank environment, with 2-3 years in a Teller role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a broad knowledge of all bank products and services.
