Job Overview

We are a well-established HVAC and plumbing service provider dedicated to delivering outstanding customer experiences. We are currently in search of a driven and skilled Outside Sales Specialist to enhance our sales efforts.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Development: Create and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve or surpass sales objectives within the designated area.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and various prospecting methods.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with current clients while also establishing connections with prospective customers.
  • Proposal Preparation: Deliver precise and timely quotes and proposals, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with customer requirements.
  • On-Site Consultations: Conduct visits to client locations to evaluate needs, provide recommendations, and finalize sales.
  • Collaboration: Work in tandem with fellow sales personnel and our installation and service teams to guarantee customer satisfaction and successful project execution.
  • Industry Engagement: Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other relevant events to remain informed about industry trends and network with potential clients.
  • Activity Tracking: Maintain detailed and current records of sales activities, including calls, meetings, and proposals.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in outside sales within the HVAC and plumbing sector, demonstrating a successful history of achieving sales goals.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, with a talent for fostering strong customer relationships.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, capable of juggling multiple priorities effectively.
  • In-depth technical knowledge of HVAC and plumbing products and systems, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to clients.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools for managing customer interactions and sales processes.
  • A valid driver's license and dependable transportation are essential.
