Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with business stakeholders to recommend technology solutions that support business objectives
  • Provide subject matter expertise to bridge the gap between product and technical aspects of product development
  • Take ownership of working with developers and architects to provide consultative guidance and direction to the team
  • Participate in a feedback framework with the ITRM team to set individual performance goals and overall product team outcomes
  • Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and teams to ensure full understanding of product scope, objectives, requirements, and dependencies
  • Advise the product owner on key technical decisions
  • Define, manage, and accept technical stories
  • Create and develop stories related to technical debt
  • Be involved in sprint planning and clear up technical confusions
  • Own technical product features by defining scope, writing epics, and user stories to execute on strategic goals
  • Making sprint planning more efficient by identifying what goes in and what doesn't for functional vs. technical changes
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Business Administration, Finance, or Information Technology
  • 3-5 years of Technology Leadership experience
  • 7-10 years of Information Technology experience with software/application development and product ownership
Preferred Experience:
  • Power BI or other Analytics Platform, Agile, Jira, SQL
