Collections Specialist

SuffolkSpeech is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Collections Assistant to support our collections department with the recovery of outstanding payments.
Key Responsibilities:- Communicate directly with patients regarding their financial responsibility for services received from SuffolkSpeech.
- Document all calls timely and accurately.
- Establish payment arrangements per company policy.
- Manage both outstanding insurance and self-pay accounts.
- Provide status updates to management on account management.
- Assist with other billing/collection duties as needed.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
