Financial Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Management Specialist to join our team at Vastika Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and auditing principles, with experience in financial management and analysis, including government housing programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply Generally Accepted Accounting and Auditing Principles for public sector financial administration.
- Interpret and apply state and Federal accounting rules and regulations, and PHA policies.
- Review and analyze financial records and reports.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers.
- Communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- One or more years of experience in financial management or analysis, including government housing programs.
