Job Overview:
TalentBridge is on the lookout for a skilled and experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Technical Lead Consultant. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of middleware solutions, particularly Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS), and Process Cloud Service (PCS). A strong foundation in Oracle Fusion Cloud technologies is essential, along with experience in guiding technical teams through the implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions. Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop integrations/extensions using OIC/VBCS/PCS/SQL/PL-SQL, providing hands-on support.
  • Architect integration components that connect enterprise systems effectively.
  • Map business processes to applications, define data entities, select integration technologies, and design the overall integration architecture.
  • Conduct diagnostic tests and troubleshoot issues to optimize performance within Oracle Integration Cloud.
  • Create custom applications utilizing Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) to enhance Oracle Fusion Cloud functionalities.
  • Develop custom forms, user interfaces, and dashboards with VBCS to improve user experience and facilitate data management.
  • Configure and customize Process Cloud Service (PCS) to streamline business processes and workflows.
  • Integrate VBCS applications with other Oracle Fusion Cloud modules and external systems via RESTful APIs and web services.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Sandbox tools like Application Composer and Page Composer, including the ability to write groovy scripts.
  • Create and migrate business rules using VBCS in both express and advanced modes within Oracle Fusion applications.
  • Ensure compliance with auditing standards across Oracle infrastructure and security protocols.
  • Utilize comprehensive knowledge of technological alternatives, business systems, and requirements to conduct independent analyses and reviews.
  • Drive the technical transition of the Oracle HCM suite from classic UI to Redwood in alignment with organizational roadmap guidelines.
  • Document requirements and features in accordance with AIM/OUM methodology.
  • Work independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks in a diverse stakeholder environment.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, effectively engaging with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Oracle cloud platform certifications are a valuable asset.
Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a lead in OIC, VBCS, and PCS.
  • Experience across all phases of end-to-end implementations, support, and upgrades.
  • Expertise in Process Cloud Service (PCS).
  • Custom application development experience.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud architecture.
  • Experience with business rules and migration using VBCS.
  • Ability to connect Oracle cloud applications to third-party solutions through native integrations, extracts, and middleware.
  • Experience in Redwood design for Oracle Fusion Cloud applications and transitioning from classic UI to Redwood UI.
  • Familiarity with the Oracle JET framework.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
