Job Overview:
As an Oracle Fusion Cloud Integration Lead, you will play a pivotal role in the design and development of integrations and extensions within the Oracle Cloud ecosystem. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring seamless connectivity between various enterprise systems and enhancing overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Architect and implement integration solutions utilizing OIC, VBCS, PCS, SQL, and PL-SQL.
  • Map and align business processes with supporting applications, defining essential data entities and selecting appropriate integration technologies.
  • Conduct diagnostic assessments and troubleshoot issues to optimize performance within Oracle Integration Cloud.
  • Develop custom applications leveraging Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) to enhance the capabilities of Oracle Fusion Cloud.
  • Create user-friendly interfaces, forms, and dashboards using VBCS to improve user engagement and data management.
  • Configure Process Cloud Service (PCS) to streamline business workflows and automate processes.
  • Facilitate integration of VBCS applications with other Oracle Fusion Cloud modules and external platforms through RESTful APIs and web services.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Sandbox tools, including Application Composer and Page Composer, along with the ability to write Groovy scripts.
  • Establish and migrate business rules using VBCS in both express and advanced modes within Oracle Fusion applications.
  • Ensure compliance with auditing standards across Oracle infrastructure and maintain security protocols.
  • Utilize comprehensive knowledge of technological trends and business requirements to conduct thorough analyses of technical and business needs.
  • Lead the transition of Oracle HCM suite from classic UI to Redwood in alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Document requirements and features in accordance with AIM/OUM methodologies.
  • Exhibit strong organizational skills, managing time effectively and prioritizing tasks in a diverse stakeholder environment.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective interactions with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Oracle cloud platform certifications are advantageous.
